Ordering and Payment Information

All items can be ordered either by e-mail, direct mail or telephone to 856-428-3546.  If we are unable to answer, please leave a message and we'll call you back.  We will accept payment by personal check, money order, VISA and Mastercard. If necessary, we can arrange to accept Discover and American Express as well.  All sales will be for the purchase price and shipping, handling and insurance. If payment is made by personal check, we will wait until the check has cleared our bank before we ship the item to you.  We prefer to pack items ourselves and to ship by Priority Mail through the US Postal Service to get the item to you within 2-3 days.  When appropriate, we will use a professional packing and shipping company.  

Customer Guarantee

We will not sell reproductions or any items that are intended to deceive. We offer to those of you who share our love of antiques the finest items we can find at a reasonable price.  Each item will be described to the best of our ability, including information about artists and craftsmen, and approximate age.  We will include any information about flaws, imperfections, repairs, etc. so that you know what you are getting. If appropriate, we will provide you with provenance information and reference sources that have helped us in making our determinations about an items origin and history.
 

Return Policy

We guarantee all items to be as described.  If you are unhappy with any item purchased, please call us within one week of receipt of the item and we will discuss your dissatisfaction and work out a return if desired.  We will refund the full cost of the item, minus shipping, handling and insurance costs, if it is returned to us in the condition we sent it to you.  We reserve the right to determine this because of the vagaries of shipping, etc.  We ask that you use a professional packer and shipper if you return an item to us.

We know that every collector grows and expands his/her collection over time.  If you decide that you would like to trade up to other items or just want to sell back something you bought from us, we will gladly discuss this with you.  We want you to remain our customer and to grow with us over time.  We are always interested in purchasing quality items.  If you have something you want to sell, please contact us to discuss this.
 

Tax Information

 Any New Jersey residents will be required to pay a 6% sales
tax, unless you can provide us with a copy of your tax-exempt, resale
number or certificate.
